Wall Street. Spent 17 years on Wall Street before leaving corporate America to invest full-time. Buying real estate since 2005, short-term rentals since 2019.
Investor. With his wife Kimberly, owns a roughly $7 million portfolio of Carolina real estate, from the High Country to the Charlotte region, built on about $5 million in capital invested alongside his business partners.
Operator. Owns and runs 23 vacation homes from Banner Elk and Beech Mountain to Rock Hill. Airbnb Superhost every year since 2019 and Vrbo Premier Host.
Scale. Built and sold a short-term rental management company of about 100 homes. More than $1 million a year in booking revenue in each of the last three years.
Licensed. North Carolina real estate broker and Broker-in-Charge of Host Carolina (NCREC firm license C43098).

Investor. Buying and selling homes since 2002. Has bought, renovated and sold close to 100 properties across North Carolina.
Operator. Owns and runs 21 vacation homes from Blowing Rock and Banner Elk to the Charlotte area, the top revenue earners in Blowing Rock, Kings Mountain, Harrisburg and Monroe.
Builder. Runs his own construction and maintenance crews, so repairs and make-ready work happen on our schedule, not a contractor's.
Technology. Built the pricing, guest-messaging and operations software behind his homes, and now behind Host Carolina's.
Corporate. Former ed-tech executive leading product and business-development partnerships, after founding an education services company of his own.
