A newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mid-century home within walking distance of downtown Kings Mountain: shops, restaurants, coffee and the Gateway Trail on foot. Three miles from Catawba Two Kings Casino, 40 miles from Charlotte.

The primary bedroom has a five-piece bathroom with a soaking tub. The sunroom has a sectional lounger, an egg chair and the best light in the house for coffee, reading or a work day; Wi-Fi tests at 359 Mbps and there is a dedicated workspace, so longer stays work here.

Outside, the yard is fenced on three sides, with a large fire pit under string lights and a grilling station. The neighbors' goats share the fence. Children spend more time with them than with their parents.
