This building spent years as the studio of a High Country artist. The tongue-and-groove spruce ceilings and walls are still there. We added a king bed, a full bathroom with a tiled shower and a kitchenette with enough to stay a while.
The views are the same 100 miles as everywhere on this property: from the bedroom window, from the window seat over Blackberry Gorge, and from the 700 square foot deck shared with the Grand Cabin, with its egg chairs, gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
It is 2.5 miles from Main Street in Blowing Rock, five minutes to coffee, dinner and galleries. The Tiny Cabin is one of four stays on the 20 acres, with the Grand Cabin and the two domes; book both cabins together for a group of 16.
